Cadence Academy Preschool-Sachse scores 839 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from inspection findings and enforcement actions maintained by state childcare licensing agencies. A score of 839 places Cadence Academy Preschool-Sachse in TX in the excellent (800–850) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from state childcare licensing agencies. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of childcare compliance — license status, deficiency counts, and enforcement history — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from state childcare licensing agencies: inspection findings and enforcement actions. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.
Common negative signals include license suspensions, safety-related findings, or enforcement actions. Any of these appear in the underlying regulator records and pull the sub-score down; the composite reflects the weighted impact.

After my child was hospitalized from catching RSV, Rhino/entro, and hand foot and mouth from this daycare management was very laxed about altering patents to the spread of a virus in their facility. I asked how they were altering patents of the outbreak since I hadn't received any notifications. Veronica the manager responded they post a notice on the door to get classroom since in the past email and their app. weren't helpful. Even though we are emailed and messaged on the app. about everything!!! Also, considering that the infant classroom is separate from the big kids those parents would never see the notice. Since the teachers take the infants on buggie rides around the entire building the air born virus is all over their facility. When I alerted the second manager Ashley her response was she hadn't had time, (even though i alerted them 4 hours prior to this conversation) and that her kids have had RSV and they did fine. This is not what I wanted to her while my daughter is in the ER on oxygen support and still struggling to breath. This was also on a Friday so the patents were taking their babies home not knowing they could be infected with a potential life threatening virus for there newborn babies. The front office/management like to pretend to be nice but guarantee they trash patents when they leave. Victoria and Kimberly in the infant room are Great and truly care about the kids they watch and are the only reason we stayed for so long. Kourtney who is the "lead" for the infants is not helpful. She never knows what happened with my daughter throughout the day and I have caught her talking trash about a parent when I went to pick up. I truly hope no other kids end up in the ER like mine did since I don't know if parents were ever told.

My son attended the infant classroom for 6 months. He was well taken care of and always seemed excited to see his teachers!
Good service best price👍🙏🏻
After the situation that happened with By The Barnyard I went to tour the facility. I had heard good things about this place also in the community, although some people had given me warnings as well. The woman on the phone seem nice enough so I came in to tour. upon arriving there A woman was pulling up with two younger children And was vaping. She gave me a weird look and proceeded to walk up to me While I was in my car. She realized that she missed me for someone else. She continued vaping . I let the Director know who did not seem to be bothered about it and did not apologize. I went in and to the facility And was not impressed by what I saw. I saw staff members on their phone. Also, a few staff members were on the floor with the children while the children laid on her . As a teacher, I believe in very strong boundaries. I looked them up on the DPS website and they have numerous citations for abuse, both physical and verbal. When I question the facility about these issues once again seem very nonchalant. The place have me a weird vibe . I would not send my kids here.
My son has been going here since he was 9 months , he will be 3 in May. I love how much he’s grown here! I love my Sachse family !!❤️
Love Cadence. Teachers and staff are professional and teach my grandson so much! He is so happy to go every morning.
None of the ladies in this school have the quality of daycare teacher. None of them show a bit of welcoming attitude even for first day of daycare for a child. This is one sad place for a child. I love mrs Nicole and Mrs Ashley. They are probably the only ones trying their best to engage with kids properly. The management is the worst. You are in business for so long and you should know this by now. KIDS AND PARENTS LIKE TO SEE THE SAME TEACHER EVERY DAY IN THE CLASS ROOM, AT LEAST FOR A PERIOD OF 8 HOURS. THAT WAY PARENTS GET INFORMATION ABOUT HOW THEIR KID SPENDS THE DAY. THE KIDS ESTABLISH CONNECTION WITH SAME INDIVIDUAL AND WILL BE HAPPY TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. I gave the same comment years ago regarding this. I was hoping you're better this time. I'm wrong 100%. I hope we get more daycare options in the city.
