Integra Auto Capital scores 830 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from consumer complaint history and debt-collection licensing maintained by the CFPB and state licensing boards. A score of 830 places Integra Auto Capital in the excellent (800–850) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from the CFPB and state licensing boards. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of collection compliance — CFPB complaint volume, resolution outcomes, and state license status — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from the CFPB and state licensing boards: consumer complaint history and debt-collection licensing. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.
Common negative signals include high complaint volume, unresolved disputes, or license suspensions. Any of these appear in the underlying regulator records and pull the sub-score down; the composite reflects the weighted impact.

This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! Upon observation I noticed that integra was not on my credit report. I spoke to transunion and due to the fact a year ago I disputed the amount owed I guess they removed it. I reached out asking for Integras help and this is the response I received! This is my 2nd purchase through them and furthermore to talk and act like that with a customer is by far unprofessional and not warranted! I will definitely be contacting the FTC, BBB, CFPB, and the State Consumers Protection Agency to hopefully get some sort of assistance! PLEASE GUYS PLEASE KEEP YOUR CREDIT IN ORDER AND DO NOT USE THEM! Attached is the emails sent never was I rude and YES I PAY BI WEEKLY SO IM UNSURE HOW IM LATE WHEN I PAY BIWEEKLY ANS HAVE SINCE DAY 1. Saying you’re not going to go out of your way is UNFAIR AND I PERSONALLY DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW HELPING A CLIENT IS OUT OF YOUR WAY! Very disheartening and disappointing! And no your not obligated yet you do and this is causing me harm and preventing me from other things as well! STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!
This is a horrible company frfr. Please Stay Far Far away from them. They're a complete joke. Rude as all get out....
I've been with them over two years now kinda pricey, nothing big has came up. Every customer service agent I've gotten has been friendly. They do what they can I remember they extended me an extra week after my grandfather passed away, even though It had been extended as far as they could without a payment already. One thing has came up once I didn't care for is the policy they have where if the car needs repairs and is down they wont do anything unless you have a 0$ balance. Other than that they as of RN everything is alright I guess.
They took my truck back one day me and my family just left the house because the full coverage I had they wanted me to make it higher after 2 months and I already was paying a pretty penny for the current insurance they took the truck left me and my family on the side of the rode and 5 months later they are tryna sue me for repo of 9,000, west place ever been yo for a vehicle now they are garnishing my checks and I’m trying my hardest to fight back after there scam
Haven't had any big issues with them really, just had a huge late fee for only being a day past my payment date due to bi weekly income. Other than that I really haven't had any problems!
Very rude to there customers always want to scam more money out of them the worst ever, don’t ever accidentally make to payments to them cause they won’t give it back cause they are crooked, I’m sorry but if stour client schedules 2 payments for the the same about would you not question it and call them and ask if this was a mistake? Did the mean to schedule 2 payments for the same day???? I’m glad I don’t do business with you!!
The customer service is terrible the people are disrespectful and not helpful at all they get you to sign something and don't tell you all of it make a payment and a week later tell you have another payment they make it different to change or update insurance they deserve to have zero stars
