MidAmerica Mortgage Inc scores 830 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from consumer complaint history and debt-collection licensing maintained by the CFPB and state licensing boards. A score of 830 places MidAmerica Mortgage Inc in the excellent (800–850) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from the CFPB and state licensing boards. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of collection compliance — CFPB complaint volume, resolution outcomes, and state license status — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from the CFPB and state licensing boards: consumer complaint history and debt-collection licensing. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.
Common negative signals include high complaint volume, unresolved disputes, or license suspensions. Any of these appear in the underlying regulator records and pull the sub-score down; the composite reflects the weighted impact.

Mid-Island was our first loaner. Since moving on to another lender, I’ve now got the perspective of how great Mid-Island was. The officers were so personal and helpful, taking as much time as needed to explain every possible step and eventuality. There were multiple times when they really went above and beyond, for example getting money back on an appraisal. We miss the personal attention mid island offered!

Shawn and team at Mid Island were great! Very informative and knowledgeable while working with a first time homebuyer. They made the process very easy and were helpful every step of the way. Very appreciative!
Mortgage process went seamless thanks to Shawn and his team. They were extremely responsive and helpful along the way. Answering any questions and making the process very easy.
My wife and I bought our first home with, Shawn Dwyer at middle Island mortgage. He was the most competent member of the "circle" necessary individuals that involved in that process. Day or night when my wife and I needed direction. Or had questions Shawn could be counted on with knowledgeable advice and guidance. Would give 6 stars if possible.
My husband and I recently closed on our home, and Shawn Dwyer was our mortgage officer. He was instrumental in getting us to the closing table, answered all of our questions with grace, care, and understanding, and was so easy to work with. The entire team we worked with at Mid-Island made our process as easy as they could, and we are so please with our experience!
Kevin Blass from Mid-Island Mortgage has been extremely helpful through out my 2 mortgages I've had with Mid Island. We have been his client for almost 12 years and he always made the process of buying, refinancing seamless. Highly recommend him and his team!.
