SEACOAST BANKING CORPORATION OF FLORIDA scores 836 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from consumer complaint history and debt-collection licensing maintained by the CFPB and state licensing boards. A score of 836 places SEACOAST BANKING CORPORATION OF FLORIDA in the excellent (800–850) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from the CFPB and state licensing boards. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of collection compliance — CFPB complaint volume, resolution outcomes, and state license status — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from the CFPB and state licensing boards: consumer complaint history and debt-collection licensing. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.

Had Seacoast over 15yrs. Lately more and more issues and a condescending customer service model when asking questions such as Why does Seacoast promote Zelle if they cant help you resolve a issue. Great to be told "just use another service" although Zelle is integrated into the Seacoast app. Switching Banks solely over the tone of the customer service agent

Yes. Entities can file a dispute directly from the score page, and business owners can claim their profile. Verdica reviews disputes against the underlying regulator record; the score is updated when the source data is corrected. Scores are recomputed automatically as new regulator data arrives.
I have had a business checking account and 10 k credit line for over 10 years. It cost me $150 annually for the credit line. It came up for renewal recently and without disclosing anything they did a hard pull on my credit, tried to charge me $629 for new fees plus I have to still pay the $150 per year. The hometown bank has become very greedy. This is what I get after being a loyal customer with excellent history after 10 years. Time to look elsewhere but I wanted to share this with anyone considering Seacoast for there business.
We switched from Wells fargo to SEACOAST thinking we would like a more personal touch of a regional bank, but what we encountered was enough to make us turn around and go back to Wells fargo, outside of three or four missed steps for new account holders on boarding. This bank will float your paycheck up to four days even from a global corporation, depending on the day of the week you get paid. Honestly, most of their issues are technology based they’re just behind the times in comparison to a national bank and if you can’t do better than Wells fargo then maybe you should not be in the banking business. It’s probably time for an Elon cleaning at Seacoast, at least at the top two tiers of management, minimally CIO/CTO silo.
This place is a joke. They never answer there phones and there customer service acts like they are all separate banks, making problems worse!
Best place in Stuart for all your financial needs. Christeen and Miranda are awesome tellers, always super helpful and nice!
Incredibly rude and not helpful
