They are managing a property for me and have been really great so far. They’ve been extremely communicative and quickly turned 2 of the units and are prepping for leasing. Seriously worth considering if you need pm services in western mass.
VP Management is very resourceful and helpful. This makes owning a rental super easy. I am a home bound disabled person and VP Management has given me the best performance since day 1
I had an excellent experience with VP Management, and I especially want to recognize Iryna Tsupko. She was extremely helpful, patient, and generous with her time during a long and detailed phone call in which she helped me think through important practical issues involving my two-unit house. She was knowledgeable, clear, and very well organized. I also appreciated Iryna’s tour of the property. She was professional, thoughtful, and attentive throughout the process. I came away with a very positive impression of her and of VP Management as a company. Although I ultimately needed to pause before making any commitment because of circumstances involving the property, that was not due to any concern about VP Management. Quite the opposite: I was very grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and assistance. I would recommend VP Management to anyone looking for a property management company that is careful, respectful, and genuinely helpful.
