ICON MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES V, LLC scores 816 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from registration status, disciplinary history, and business risk indicators maintained by the SEC and FINRA. A score of 816 places ICON MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES V, LLC in the excellent (800–850) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from the SEC and FINRA. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of financial services compliance — regulatory disclosures, disciplinary actions, and firm risk factors — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from the SEC and FINRA: registration status, disciplinary history, and business risk indicators. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.

Don't purchase any of their listings! They operate in bad faith! Recently put an offer in on a property that they purposely undervalued. Offered well above the asking. My agent told me what they wanted and wrote out a check for deposit. They said weren't accepting anymore offers after 11 am. They LIED! The bidding went on until 4 pm that day. We met all the criteria the seller was looking for. Yet we lost due to greed from this firm. I'm told that this the way Taylor operates. It's a shame, this home was accessible for my daughter. This whole transaction has made me physically ill. Despicable people!

If you want to have the worst possible landlord and building managers, then you would love this company! Anastasia is the most useless, non responsive property manager in the tristate area. I have lived in nyc for 8 years and they are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this hell hole of a company.
they gave the security deposit back
This was the worst experience I've ever had with NYC landlords/managements companies, which is really saying something. In the 2 years that we lived here they raised rent $675, the second time because a longtime resident of their rent stabilized apartment passed away inside and they gutted it, renovated it, marked it up, and raised everyone else's rents to cover the costs. They made our lives difficult at every step of the way, even the simplest things. They forced us to move in 4 days into a month so we worked it out with our previous place, but when we asked to move the 1st of the month instead of the 30th (there were no incoming tenants) they refused and said they'd pursue legal action, which was so unnecessary (it took them weeks, maybe months to end up getting new tenants and they had to drop the price because no one would pay their price gouging amount). There is a roach problem, the heat is 80-90 degrees in some apartments and then the apartment next door will have no heat whatsoever. They're hostile to their rent stabilized tenants and refuse to address issues or update in those apartments because they want them out to turn them into market rate apartments and price gouge, so there are some struggling families. Anastasia was our building manager and never once responsive or helpful to any problems we had, of which there were many. No contact from the Super either. We had to consult legal counsel for a heat problem that lasted from September-January until they fixed it. I cannot recommend staying away from apartments leased by this company more. Zach and Anastasia were a true displeasure to work with.
garbage company. Never answers their phones. Security cameras dont work. Just for show. They should have been sued and penniless a long tome ago.
Horrible excuse for a business, unprofessional at every turn. We dealt with issues constantly and were not often taken seriously. Rented a unit managed by them for 2 years and can’t say I had a good experience once throughout that time. Zach Levine was particularly difficult to work with. He was rude and entitled in every interaction once the lease was signed. As someone else mentioned, google the name and lawsuit to see the 500k settlement they had to pay. Save yourself a headache, avoid.
