SANDBOX HOLDINGS, LLC scores 816 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from registration status, disciplinary history, and business risk indicators maintained by the SEC and FINRA. A score of 816 places SANDBOX HOLDINGS, LLC in the excellent (800–850) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from the SEC and FINRA. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of financial services compliance — regulatory disclosures, disciplinary actions, and firm risk factors — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from the SEC and FINRA: registration status, disciplinary history, and business risk indicators. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.
Common negative signals include regulatory sanctions, customer arbitrations, or firm-level disclosures. Any of these appear in the underlying regulator records and pull the sub-score down; the composite reflects the weighted impact.

Great concept but terrible attention to detail and poor customer service will make you prefer old snail mail. Ordered a book to commemorate the journey and they sent me someone else’s Sandboxx profile. Then to add insult, still fumbling a resolution or refund. Signed: Dissatisfied Military Vet & Dad

Thank you so much for the service you provide. My son is at USMC Bootcamp and I love writing and sending pics. Today I encountered a technical issue. I notified the company and my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Sandboxx!
Sandboxx is a great service for communicating with your soldier! I have been very pleased with the timing of the letters my son has received at basic training. It certainly helps keep him motivated and connected to loved ones, which makes a huge difference. Customer Service is also excellent. I had an issue with a change of address and adjusting the graduation date, and I received a call from Kris the very next morning. He was very kind and pleasant and resolved the issue quickly. I highly recommend Sandboxx. A++
Great Service, Well mannered, helpful team members.
so far sent my son 2 letters 2 weeks ago. Has not received the letters but everyone in platoon has received their mail. SAVE YOUR MONEY USE SNAIL MAIL.
I sent my son a letter on January I, 2024, and here it is January 22, 2024 and he has still not received the letter. The money I paid for the other letter they can keep it I will put his letters in the mail, because I know he will receive it in 3 days. This app is TRASH!!!
Sandboxx gives false advertisement cause it says that u can receive a reply from ur person in the military which isn't true. If my person in the military had his phone there would b no need to purchase sandboxx to write to him n I honestly didn't want to do it! My military person who is in basic was advocating for sandboxx. I bought one of the more expensive packages cause it said they could reply which they could w/a phone which they know they dont! They should emphasize this vs making u think they will b able to reply just bcause of this app which it isn't true. I guess they can write but same difference if it goes in the mail! I sent him stamps. I am not happy with this advertisement n how they make u think that u will have quicker responses from ur person! 🙄🙁🤔
Sent a letter on 21st before 4:30 pm for processing. Its been 2 1/2 days now and it's still not even 1% processed for delivery. Apparently they started break early at sandbox, and no one is available for days.... garbage. Want to get mail to your recruit, send it via mail. REFUND SANBOXX, I WANT ONE.
