The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from certification status, quality measures, and inspection reports maintained by CMS. A score of 850 places ASBURY TOWERS HEALTH CARE CENTER in IN in the excellent (800–850) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from CMS. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of healthcare compliance — CMS star ratings, deficiency findings, and complaint outcomes — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from CMS: certification status, quality measures, and inspection reports. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.
Common negative signals include immediate-jeopardy findings, high deficiency counts, or termination notices. Any of these appear in the underlying regulator records and pull the sub-score down; the composite reflects the weighted impact.

This hud building is filled with bed bugs and roaches. My mother used to live there and got bed bugs. It was rampid as well as the elderly not cleaning the food after they eat causing pests. Unfortunately, majority of people there, can’t afford to have someone to clean for them on a weekly basis. On top of it, since they’ve deleted the honest 1 star reviews there has been a huge surge for the waiting list that there is no longer accepting of applications.
I’ve been a resident for 4 years, and I love it here. It’s clean, quiet, and my neighbors are good people. My apartment is just the right size for my dog and me, but if my husband were still alive there would be plenty of room for him as well. There is free bus service to various supermarkets as well as monthly trips to the post office and various banks. And the location, right across from the beach, is ideal. When I applied, I was told there was a one year waiting list for 1-bedroom apartments (there are one studios and 1-bedroom apartments there), and just about how long it took for my apartment to become available to me. I’m not sure how long it is now. And I could bring my little dog! A lot of the residents have dogs or cats. The people in administration and maintenance are wonderful too. The common areas are spotless. I haven’t seen a single bug or other pest in the four years I’ve been here. Anyway, I highly recommend Asbury Tower as a great place to live.
My sister has lived there for almost 5 years. Every staff person I have interacted with has been friendly. Management is responsive and proactive. I have never seen a dirty rug or floor anywhere. They have nice facilities and a huge front patio facing the ocean. Also have parking I'm so happy my sis has a great place. They treat residents with respect and dignity.
Nice building very quiet
