The voices of so many diverse reviewers can't all be wrong. The tragic outcomes can't naturally all be the same. From the moment Memorial Hospital managed to steer my feeble minded family member into placing my mother in this God forsaken place, I knew the outcome would likely be the same as so many other patients so I was present at the most inconspicuous hours but my heart is shredded into a million pieces as my mother died very shortly after being a patient here. My mother was left for hours on end sitting in her urine as they - the nurses, nurses aid and mental assistance forbad my mother and the patients from moving around. If asked for anything as minor as a cup of water, the staff would give you the death stare and tell you they were on break. My God, why didn't I just take my mother from this horrific institution and not look back? After staying here, my mother displaced signs and characteristics of SA as witnessed by other medical professionals at Memorial Hospital Emergency rooms and hospitals which says alot because they are mostly sub par. The staff was caught coming in to get my mother at 3am saying they wanted to give my mother a bath as her daughters would be visit later in the day....a 3am bath. Thankfully, the roommate woke up to the staff sneaking across the room toward my mother and screamed for the staff to leave my mother alone. We purchased brand books from the Barnes and Nobles around the corner as post stroke, my mother suffered from speech aphasia. The speech pathologist there laughed as she was completely inept and lacked any form of real competency whatsoever. I can see that the administrative head of this organization is responding to each reviewer/review in the same fashion asking for a conversation surrounding the concerns. She's placating and attempting a major cover up. With cameras throughout the building and rooms, with constant phone calls regarding the patient call button being ignored for entire shifts and restrooms filled with bowel/feces, urine and blood not invoke an investigation, firings and police present real time, not post-life in a Google review? For the love of God, if you don't wish to speak of your loved one in the past tense as I must do my beautiful, sweet mother who was undeserving of this abuse, please do not admit your family member here. Heed of the reoccurring warning signs. Flee from this place while you actually still can.

I was at the care center for respite stay and palm villa assisted living 2nd floor. I was very comfortable during my respite stay and the staff was wonderful to me. They answer all my questions, especially Daphna.
I complained about elderly abuse. My dad was there for a month and died weeks later after being transferred to the hospital. This place needs to be shut down. Every time I drive by I cry because my dad was mistreated and did not get the skilled care he deserved. When he was in the ER he kept complaint about the CNA calling her a name I cannot repeat. My dad was 83. The nicest, sweetest man. I spoke with Administration close to over two weeks ago and have not had any follow up. I will be seeking an attorney next to honor my father. Please do not trust the care of any of your elderly loved ones at this heartless place . 💔💔💔💔💔.

Working with Irrena and Cari was an absolute pleasure. They made the transition of moving my 76-year-old mother from Nevada to Florida seamless. She absolutely loves her new community and the campus — it truly feels like home. If you're shopping around, do yourself a favor and give Irrena and Cari a call at the sales office. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the genuine sense of community and care this campus offers. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made all the difference Aaron Burke
I can’t say all the staff is bad, but cleanliness is not the top priority there at all. One time I spilt a little bit of a drink and cleaned it up and the paper towel turned black. My father left the hospital to start doing rehab and things got worse as he was there. At first was being over medicated, then contracted pneumonia, then somehow covid and then died at the hospital near by. There were some good nurses there that were always helpful, but even my father’s roommate felt like they mistreated him and didn’t want to be there any longer then he had to. Choose wisely.
My Mom has been at Covenant Villa long term care facility for almost a year. I can not say enough good things about this care HOME! My Mom, Theresa Bartolo (suffering from a terminal illness) is in better health than when she moved into Covenant. I have an insider view as i am there almost everyday visiting my mom. Over the holidays she became Ill with pneumonia and then the flu. The doctors, nurses and aids at Covenant nursed her to overcome these illnesses and bounce back stronger! She enjoys the social aspects of life there and has made many friends with the staff such as Marie Bueserref and Margaret (her main room aids) and her BFF Elizabeth Williams who helps my mom with meals and laughs! There are so many great nurses and aid workers like Julie (nurse) , Guerdine, Candice, Monique, Marie Jourdain, Sandra Norman, Pastor Eric etc.! She enjoys seeing and saying hello to the other staff, residents and residents families like Larry Solomon and Sandra along with her sweet dog Sammy. We often go for a walk around the beautifully landscaped grounds, sit out on the porch or sit in the lounge area watching a movie. I sincerely can not recommend this care home enough!
This place is absolutely disgusting, the rehab should be ashamed of themselves and how they treat people and take advantage of them. I would NEVER do this to anyone. They do NOT care about anyone their patients and only care about the money aspect. Save your loved ones away from this place.
