The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from certification status, quality measures, and inspection reports maintained by CMS. A score of 850 places PALACE AT KENDALL NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTE in FL in the excellent (800–850) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from CMS. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of healthcare compliance — CMS star ratings, deficiency findings, and complaint outcomes — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from CMS: certification status, quality measures, and inspection reports. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.
Common negative signals include immediate-jeopardy findings, high deficiency counts, or termination notices. Any of these appear in the underlying regulator records and pull the sub-score down; the composite reflects the weighted impact.

When my father came here for rehab, I expected good care. What I got was family. They didn't just track his vitals; they tracked his spirit. The therapists celebrated every small win like it was their own. For the first time, I stopped worrying at night. I knew someone was there— The Palace didn't just rehabilitate my dad. They gave our family the greatest gift: peace of mind. Thank You!

The Palace Rehab was a life saver for me and my family. My mother finally is at home with us. Thank you to the nurses and all the rehab staff for making this possible.
Don’t expect much from this rehab facility. Patients receive very limited rehabilitation—if they’re lucky, maybe 30 minutes a day. The nursing staff is severely overworked and simply cannot keep up with the patient load. Patients can wait hours for assistance, including when they need to be changed because they are unable to safely make it to the bathroom on their own. My mother spent 20 days there. She went in walking and left immobile, which I strongly believe was largely due to the lack of adequate rehabilitation and assistance. Based on our family’s experience, I would not recommend this facility.
La atencion es muy buena son muy profesionales y la administradora es una persona muy educada y amable
This is truly a 5 star facility. Not because of its looks but because of h the way they treat the patients they have. My dad was there for rehabilitation unfortunately he did not recuperate as expected. They opened the doors for me and my family and offered long term room for him . He has adjusted well and actually loves living at the palace he plays dominoes , socializes and has made a lot of new friends .I am so grateful to the management team all the nurses and assistants. In general everyone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
If you’re looking for a rehabilitation center where your loved one will truly be cared for, I cannot recommend The Palace Nursing and Rehabilitation in Kendall Miami enough. My dear uncle, who has Parkinson’s disease, is currently receiving care there, and our entire family is incredibly grateful that we found such a phenomenal place. From the moment he arrived, everyone has treated him with compassion, kindness, and genuine dedication. The staff members are not only hardworking professionals but also caring individuals who go above and beyond to make their patients feel safe, respected, and at home. I especially want to recognize Peyton, Terry, Debbie, and Susana. They have all been amazing, incredibly helpful, and always willing to answer questions and provide support. Their kindness and commitment have brought our family tremendous peace of mind during a challenging time. The greatest gift is seeing my uncle feel like he belongs. He often says he feels like he has gained a bigger extended family, and that is all thanks to the wonderful staff surrounding him every day. Thank you to everyone at The Palace Rehabilitation for the exceptional care, love, and dignity you show your patients. You truly make a difference in the lives of the families you serve.
