The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from certification status, quality measures, and inspection reports maintained by CMS. A score of 850 places SALUDE - THE ART OF RECOVERY in GA in the excellent (800–850) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from CMS. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of healthcare compliance — CMS star ratings, deficiency findings, and complaint outcomes — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from CMS: certification status, quality measures, and inspection reports. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.
Common negative signals include immediate-jeopardy findings, high deficiency counts, or termination notices. Any of these appear in the underlying regulator records and pull the sub-score down; the composite reflects the weighted impact.

The staff are a great group of people that will make sure you are taken care of. They will get you better if you just try. I came laying in a bed and less then 8 days I am walking with a walker on my own. This is after Back Surgery and 18 days later going home. Thank You

The Activities Director, Tracy Simon, is absolutely incredible. During my stay she brought an unmatched level of energy, warmth, and dedication which I appreciated during my recovery. It was evident to me that through her actions, she truly loves the patients, As she treats everyone with the deepest respect, kindness, and compassion. Tracy has a wonderful, infectious personality that lifted my spirit and the spirits of everyone around her. She pours her heart into planning a wide variety of engaging, creative, and thoughtful activities that gave me something to look forward to during my month long stay. I was incredibly grateful for everything she did during my stay
The activities director Tracy is incredible she loves the patients and plans great things for them. She has a wonderful personality!!!
Salude is the most wonderful facility my husband has ever been in! The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very caring. And the Physical Therapy Department is the best I have seen. Currently, my husband is in his second stay at Salude, and I feel like we were coming home.
My mom has been in Salude multiple times over the last several years. It has always been a positive experience. Every time she was admitted she could not walk and every time she was released she could walk. The physical therapy and occupational therapy departments are top notch! The therapist are amazing!! You won't find any better. They also offer several activities throughout the week which really helped my mom stay positive during her stay. The activity director, Tracy, does a great job of connecting with each patient and finding things they like to do. Of course, no place is perfect, but Salude is as close as you can get.
The therapy is great. Food is pretty good. Building is nice and clean. A decent place for rehab.
Horrible place to go, beautiful building, excellent OT&Pt, nursing staff are terrible, try to take your pain meds, very unfriendly, don't even say good morning, Hippa violations, report numerous problems daily and nothing is done. If you need help with personal needs or need changed, forget it, would never recommend for anyone to go here. Use alot of agency nurses who are worse than the regular staff. PT & OT are excellent but most of your day is with the nursing staff which is the worst I have ever encountered. Report my problems daily with management staff with no results, went clear to the director and only got "I'm sorry. No disciplinary action taken on any complaints. I think trying to take a patients meds is serious but noone seemed to care. I did have a nursing assistant who was very good to me, Shea and Jessica and John were excellent nurses.
Our mother-in-law is currently at Salude recovering from a broken hip, and I cannot say enough good things about the care she has received here. This is actually our second stay at Salude, and after our experiences, we know that our family will continue choosing Salude for years to come. When someone you love is recovering from a painful injury, your biggest concern is knowing that they are being treated with kindness, patience, dignity, and gentleness. That has been exactly our experience. Every person we have encountered has been kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring toward her. I honestly haven’t met a single rude person during the few weeks we’ve been here. And sometimes, it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. The staff are funny, they laugh with the patients and families, and they bring a little lightness to an otherwise difficult season. Laughter really is healing medicine, and we are so grateful for the people who help bring it into her days. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The family/day room is such a wonderful space, filled with books, games, puzzles, and other things to keep patients and families occupied and stimulated during what can be a long and painful healing process. The food may not always be the highlight 😂, but honestly, the people serving it are so kind and cheerful that they almost make it taste better! One little tip for families: bring a cozy blanket! The AC works VERY well here, and it can get chilly. 🥶 A special shout-out to Kelly, John, Denise, and Chad. There are so many other wonderful people whose names I didn’t catch, but please know that your kindness has not gone unnoticed. Thank you, Salude, for taking such good care of someone we love. Recovery from a broken hip is not easy, but having a team of people who treat her with such gentleness, humor, compassion, and respect makes an enormous difference to our entire family.
