Genworth Global Funding Trust 2008-33 scores 769 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from complaint index ratios, financial ratings, and regulatory actions maintained by state insurance departments and the NAIC. A score of 769 places Genworth Global Funding Trust 2008-33 in VA in the strong (740–799) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from state insurance departments and the NAIC. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of insurance compliance — complaint index vs. peers, financial strength, and regulatory standing — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from state insurance departments and the NAIC: complaint index ratios, financial ratings, and regulatory actions. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.

I would give a zero. I needed documentation sent to a financial advisor, they sent the wrong information that wasn’t even part of my account. I had to call 4 different times. Still waiting for them to send the paperwork

Yes. Entities can file a dispute directly from the score page, and business owners can claim their profile. Verdica reviews disputes against the underlying regulator record; the score is updated when the source data is corrected. Scores are recomputed automatically as new regulator data arrives.
My parents paid long term health care insurance for 33 yrs. At age 90, they were told they could no longer pay premiums. The money they paid (89k and 68k) would be available if they ever need it. Now at 96 yrs old, unable to use his fingers from neuropathy, unable to use a phone with 80% hearing loss and needs a cane or walker, he isn’t “eligible “. He cannot take his meds without help, cut his food or make or hear a simple phone call nor can he process the information given to him. He is in assisted living. My mom will be 93 in April. Is in memory care with severe memory loss. Physically she is able to do things but must constantly be told what and how to do it. She has breakdowns nightly due to sundowners syndrome. We have been fighting this one for 3 months and still “don’t have enough info”. Please never get long term health insurance. People that get this insurance are usually people that have no family to help them and want to be looked after in their later years. There is NO WAY they would be able to negotiate their way around the forms and documentation needed by Genworth. And even if they could, as we can as their children, Genworth will not pay. This company would get a -10 rating if it were possible. They count on you not wanting to hire lawyers.
I have been calling them for months still haven't paid. Every time I call I get a different answer. Not 1 person has been able to help. I think they wait for our loved ones to die so they don't have to pay. Sad that they do this to the elderly I have already called an attorney.
No help. no response. Bogus and invalid. Prompts you to parent company. This is not a business- FRAUD
