MAG Mutual Insurance Co. scores 769 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from complaint index ratios, financial ratings, and regulatory actions maintained by state insurance departments and the NAIC. A score of 769 places MAG Mutual Insurance Co. in GA in the strong (740–799) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from state insurance departments and the NAIC. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of insurance compliance — complaint index vs. peers, financial strength, and regulatory standing — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from state insurance departments and the NAIC: complaint index ratios, financial ratings, and regulatory actions. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.

Yes. Entities can file a dispute directly from the score page, and business owners can claim their profile. Verdica reviews disputes against the underlying regulator record; the score is updated when the source data is corrected. Scores are recomputed automatically as new regulator data arrives.
I was there doing repairs on a PC. Nice staff very friendly.
Unprofessional as of 2/19/23.
I agree with Gary. People are not responsive anymore. It took me 6 months, multiple phone calls, and emails for MAG to tell me they are not going to cover me as a Medical Director as it is an administrative role?? In the mean time, I dutifully paid my premium. I have had policy as a Pathologist for 23 years.
People are now working from home. You hear dogs and babies in the background. I requested a quote for basic business liability insurance to cover my practice if someone falls in the hallway, fire, flood, with business interuprion insurance. They don't call back, they don't email quotes, etc.
