Presurance Holdings, Inc. scores 769 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from complaint index ratios, financial ratings, and regulatory actions maintained by state insurance departments and the NAIC. A score of 769 places Presurance Holdings, Inc. in MI in the strong (740–799) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from state insurance departments and the NAIC. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of insurance compliance — complaint index vs. peers, financial strength, and regulatory standing — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from state insurance departments and the NAIC: complaint index ratios, financial ratings, and regulatory actions. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.

Roof claim was very smooth once it was processed. Communications could have been better, customer service doesn't really have any information and can only relay messages and processing times are a bit longer than most. This was my first claim, but overall it was a smooth process.

Yes. Entities can file a dispute directly from the score page, and business owners can claim their profile. Verdica reviews disputes against the underlying regulator record; the score is updated when the source data is corrected. Scores are recomputed automatically as new regulator data arrives.
never ever use use this company, being un insured is better than being insured with conifer,I was having a policy with this company from 2022 to 2025 but in 2025 there was a hail damage in our area and I claimed for the damage on my house; you know what they said " we are not fixing your roof unles we saw a water flowing inside your house" let me share you the statment in their policy
Been trying to get ahold of my insurance adjuster for 3 months as well as his manager but refuse to answer or reply
Payment 1 year EVERYTHING PUT MORE FEE $50 $35 REMOVAL. /FIRST MONTH FEES $250
Literally if I could I would give them negative stars we’ve had the worst experience with Conifer insurance it took us almost 4 months to get a call back just so when they would Patrick Brown would yell at us and hang up. We filed for hail damage back in June and because of the hail damage we had interior damage Patrick stated that on the report they never checked the interior that would have to be a different claim and process so now we have to wait longer to get helped while we have children living in the home and now possible mold. Terrible do not waste your money on Conifer Insurance!!!
I had a better experience getting teeth pulled!! This is a negative STAR
I had Allstate before I found this Company bad claim experience with them. Fast forward to now, I recently had a $36,000 Roof Claim & wow it was a very seamless process with Conifer. They sent out an Adjuster to access my Roof Damage & he was very prompt and every time I called they answered unlike All State. Never ever had an issue with billing. I even referred them to my Parents & they wrote them a Policy and saved them $1,400 a year. I think I'll stick with them for a while.
0 stars if possible. They have been ignoring my calls and emails for months now. I have left several messages for Jennifer and Jim Dillon regarding a claim and no response. I will definitely reach out to my son school so they can stop using this company.
