The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from state license records, consumer complaints, and HUD enforcement maintained by state licensing commissions, the CFPB, and HUD. A score of 803 places CRAIG A OWEN in TX in the excellent (800–850) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from state licensing commissions, the CFPB, and HUD. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of real estate compliance — license standing, disciplinary history, and complaint outcomes — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from state licensing commissions, the CFPB, and HUD: state license records, consumer complaints, and HUD enforcement. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.

Joe is absolutely the best realtor in the city. He is extremely knowledgeable and is hands on in every aspect of the sale or purchase your home. We have used his services four times (2 sells and two purchases). Each sale was within one week. Each purchase was within one month from sale to close. If you’re looking for a realtor, look no further than Joe Nastasi. He’s friendly, personable and easy to communicate the whole process in layman’s terms. You will not be disappointed! Call Joe.

I can't say enough good things about Melinda. Her ability to build strong relationships and provide ongoing support reassures you throughout the process. You meet those people in life for business ventures who truly become friends; that is how Melinda makes you feel. She walked with us through every step of our building/buying process. She knew what was important to us and made sure that we stayed educated and informed. She checked in on us just about every week during the building process to say hi and update us on our current status. I could not have asked for a better experience. We appreciate all she did for us and would absolutely trust her with any additional real estate ventures we might have in the future.
Our sales rep Johnie Buxomi, was top gun !!! Never a time when he didn’t return or follow up With a telephone call,,text, email. It didn’t matter what time of day he was always there. He sold our home in record time and he never once came to us to reduce the price of the home. Great working with professional people and getting a professional results. Will definitely refer KW and Johnny Buxomi’s name to others in our area.
Just be aware that local parking lots don't join together.
This realtor use to set the standard for customer satisfaction.. But my experience the last couple of times have been subpar.. They still rate in the top., but they are slipping. They have forgotten that the customer service is a big part of making the client comfortable with their purchases. I don’t think they are investigating the properties., to protect their clients.. They need to get a better understanding of today’s market..
I have been trying to get information about renting a property with this company for several weeks, without success. We have left multiple messages, and communication has been almost nonexistent. We were informed about an “open house,” but when we arrived, there was no event, which caused us to waste our time unnecessarily. Additionally, the person in charge, Tammy Roberts, has shown no interest in following up or assisting us as potential clients. We were even flexible regarding the condition of the property and willing to wait for repairs, yet we still did not receive proper attention. The lack of professionalism and organization is evident. Hopefully, the property owner is aware of how rental opportunities are being handled, because they are clearly missing out on interested clients. Very bad experience.
Melinda was a joy to work with - the one thing I am going to miss from house hunting is getting to hang out with her! And she helped us find the right house. I am very happy with the whole experience!
