Hello, I have yet to hear from the guardian ad lien. I did my own research and found his email attached to my son’s court docs. His name is Richard, should I reach out to him? At this point I am receiving monthly status letters and no other progress. I was told in December 2025 I would be receiving notification from the ad lien. My son is currently walking with a limp, no one from TJHenry has checked on the well being of my son. It seems as if I signed a contract with yall to only get email notifications.. Will there be any therapy provided for my son so that he won’t be handicapped or disabled due to the accident that the defendant caused? Please help, I am not confident in this situation or matter for my son.
