PAUL WAYNE WILLEY scores 796 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from state license records, consumer complaints, and HUD enforcement maintained by state licensing commissions, the CFPB, and HUD. A score of 796 places PAUL WAYNE WILLEY in the strong (740–799) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from state licensing commissions, the CFPB, and HUD. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of real estate compliance — license standing, disciplinary history, and complaint outcomes — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from state licensing commissions, the CFPB, and HUD: state license records, consumer complaints, and HUD enforcement. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.

The people in Sandbranch Tx does not have water and it’s 15 minutes from downtown Dallas
JWP will forever get my vote. He IS the face of Dallas. His longevity (40+ years) and his consistency of SHOWING UP and SPEAKING UP for our City, speaks for itself. Thank you for always doing what’s right for the citizens of Dallas.
JWPrice has his picture in the dictionary next to the word corrupt, for an example. The voting system continues to be a consistent problem with one excuse after another as to why they are not working; Price's name in always tied to the corruption. Early voting for 2024 carries on his legacy of system malfunctions, he is the public voice as to a "software glitch" that deemed the voting system Dallas chose, as inoperable. The positive =》 at least JWPrice is corruptively consistent!!
John Wiley Price doesn't care about his constituents, in fact it seems like he holds his constituents from Rowlett in utter contempt
John Wiley Price has spent his entire career fighting for the people.
