Would rate negative stars if that were an option- customer service is terrible. Received a day tour as a gift- tour was cancelled. Had to call 5 times to get anyone to be able to confirm this for me. Apparently, there is one person who handles all of the tours and there is no coverage for that person when on vacation. Was told by two different people it wasn't their job. Couldn't confirm if a refund was done. Lousy customer service and attitudes. Becky-who says she is an owner- laughed at me when I expressed frustration that they couldn't even look up the transaction from an invoice number, making an excuse about changing systems? How is that the customers fault or concern? It isn't its poor planning and business acumen. When you change systems- back up the old one of pull the data its 2025 not 1980. Buyer be ware- not all businesses care about the customer clearly the Cyr's don't. Website doesn't allow for reviews so I will find all other avenues.
These folks hire A+ staff, and the fellow cleaning the buses is a master at his trade.
