My regulator had froze solid and I had a leaky tank and had been forced to use electric and portable propane to keep warm. I called Krist to set up a service call and was told one to two days which was fine. I'd been suffering through some cold nights since the Thanksgiving 2025 storm though. Jay and his crew were here the same day while I was at work and fixed everything. Leaky tank fixed and regulator replaced. Jay suggested a bigger tank in a different location in the yard to help make it more efficient which I agreed to and we'll get that figured out next day or so. Snug as a bug in my drafty old house! I was even able to turn off all my other alternative sources of heat. Which had driven my power bill up about 130% for the months of November/December. Very happy with my service and very happy to be warm again. Thank you Krist and thank you Jay for taking care of business.

This is the store at Military dr., Rothschild. I called their headquarters for two reasons a few days ago. First, it is very difficult to read the instructions on the pumps once you put your credit card in. You literally have to get your nose down close to the glass to see what it says. It’s been like this forever. I see old person's struggling like me to read the instructions. Secondly, there was no water in the windshield buckets again!!! This is the second time I’ve called on this. In any event, I’ve left two messages a few days ago and nobody has called me back. I’ve been a customer for a long time, but there are other places on almost every corner to buy gas. I guess I’ll do that.

Don't know what kind of service I woukd get from an employee because no one will answer the phone. Tried multiple times on a Tuesday afternoon. Repeatedly told no one could take my call. Maybe customer service isnt their strong point
