MARIN AIRPORTER scores 813 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from safety inspection records and BASIC scores maintained by the FMCSA. A score of 813 places MARIN AIRPORTER in CA in the excellent (800–850) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from the FMCSA. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of trucking compliance — operating authority, crash indicator, driver fitness, and vehicle maintenance — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from the FMCSA: safety inspection records and BASIC scores. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.
Common negative signals include out-of-service orders, unsatisfactory safety ratings, or BASIC alerts. Any of these appear in the underlying regulator records and pull the sub-score down; the composite reflects the weighted impact.

Running an hour late Blaming it on traffic There is always traffic and by passing San Rafael so we could wait for bus to bring people in was a bad plan we are now an hour late and hope we can get there in time to check luggage Having a small shuttle may aliviatesome of these issues during high traffic volume

Okay, I was taking the bus for the first time and I got to say the driver was exceptionally friendly and told us just to relax and he'll take care of everything. I really appreciated that, especially because I've never been on this bus before and it was a new town!
Easy ride 2 sfo
The two stars aren’t because the airport doesn’t get you to the airport well and on time it’s because I consistently have to wait at least an hour for it to pick me up at the airport and get me home so I do not recommend taking the airport or from the airport Unless you’re really trying to save money. You think they’d be able to figure this out so bad for business unbelievable.
The gentleman named Mauricio working at this location just saved me from missing the bus and probably my flight! Mauricio saw that I had just missed the bus at the Andersen Dr location and that I was getting ready to order another uber. Mauricio immediately came outside to offer me help and he gave me the idea to ask my same Lyft driver that had just dropped me off if he could take me to meet the airporter at one of its’ next stops instead of paying for another Lyft all the way to the airport. I told him that my uber driver spoke Spanish and that we had a hard time communicating because my Spanish is very broken. Mauricio immediately offered to explain to the driver as Mauricio spoke Spanish too, and he spent 5 minutes explaining and giving him directions to make sure he knew where to go. After all that, he called the driver of the airporter I had just missed to tell him that I was coming and he asked him to wait for me at the stop. These gentlemen didn’t owe me anything for missing the bus yet they were so quick to help and extend me kindness and go above and beyond for a stranger. I am so grateful to the Marin Airporter for such an an amazing staff experience and for such a pleasant transit to the airport every time, I am never disappointed!
On time and courtesy
Clean, comfy bus; friendly and safe driver; convenient stops; good price. Definitely consider this option when heading to SFO airport from Marin.
