Great experience,was our first time and everything was super , excellent service,on time the bus , the bus driver services was kind and helpful, definitely we ride again
Terrible customer service and wasted my day waiting at the airport. Shuttle was late and I Called to ask if I was in the right spot for pick up. Was told I was and to just wait 10 min as it was running late. They never called me, and said I was a no show as they went to pick me up somewhere else.
This is an INCREDIBLE company! I took the bus from LAX to Camarillo, and forgot my purse on it! I realized as it was pulling away, and called the dispatch line. The got in contact with the driver, and I was able to meet them on their way back through the following day. I talked to three different people on the dispatch line, and all three, especially Kim, were incredibly kind and helpful. Our driver was also great, but unfortunately I don’t remember his name. The bus was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. If you need shuttle service, use this company!!!
