DANIEL ROY TUCKER scores 796 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from state license records, consumer complaints, and HUD enforcement maintained by state licensing commissions, the CFPB, and HUD. A score of 796 places DANIEL ROY TUCKER in the strong (740–799) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from state licensing commissions, the CFPB, and HUD. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of real estate compliance — license standing, disciplinary history, and complaint outcomes — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from state licensing commissions, the CFPB, and HUD: state license records, consumer complaints, and HUD enforcement. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.

Yes. Entities can file a dispute directly from the score page, and business owners can claim their profile. Verdica reviews disputes against the underlying regulator record; the score is updated when the source data is corrected. Scores are recomputed automatically as new regulator data arrives.
Last night my wife Mae and I went to Daniel's slight-of-hand magic show, "Parlour of Deceptions," and it was amazing. Amazing in the true sense of the word. Mae and I sat there in the first row, watching his hands, experiencing his charm, and wondering, "How the hell did he do that?!" At one point, Mae was even plucked out of the audience to play his sidekick for one of his tricks. The sassy expressions of delight and mystery that she gave him as he worked his wonders are moments we'll definitely remember. If you're in NYC, don't miss out on the show.
I had so much fun at this show. I saw an ad online and decided to go randomly one day and I am so glad I did. The venue was so pretty. I got to tour the art gallery while we were waiting for the show to start. Daniel was a great magician. I couldn't figure out any of the tricks, but I didn't want to either. I was sucked into the stories he was telling from the moment he walked into the room. I was hanging on every word. He was so present in the moment and interacted with us. I've never felt more seen by a performer. It's a small enough room that he was able to see us and talk to us as real people and not just a random audience. I'm not allowed to talk about the grand finale but it's one of the craziest things I've ever seen in my life. I will not forget what I saw for the rest of my life. You must must must go see it just for that finale.
Daniel Roy is such a talented, charming, and engaging magician. Well worth putting on the top your list as a date night, girls’ night out, etc.!!
Why is he inside my brain? 🤯
Amazing show. Great way to spend a night out doing something different.
We had an amazing afternoon of fun and surprises with Daniel Roy. We highly recommend it.
What a fun evening to do something other than Broadway. Daniel Roy was pretty much mind blowing which made for a great night! The small Parlour atmosphere and the intimate setting made it soooo inviting and fun. I would highly recommend this evening of fun and mystery!
