RONALD A TARTT scores 796 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from state license records, consumer complaints, and HUD enforcement maintained by state licensing commissions, the CFPB, and HUD. A score of 796 places RONALD A TARTT in the strong (740–799) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from state licensing commissions, the CFPB, and HUD. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of real estate compliance — license standing, disciplinary history, and complaint outcomes — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from state licensing commissions, the CFPB, and HUD: state license records, consumer complaints, and HUD enforcement. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.

He’s very open minded and truly kind. Our conversations seem natural and not necessarily guided towards a certain path, which helps me to just speak casually. I have felt improvement since meeting Dr. Tart and I look forward to our future sessions.

Yes. Entities can file a dispute directly from the score page, and business owners can claim their profile. Verdica reviews disputes against the underlying regulator record; the score is updated when the source data is corrected. Scores are recomputed automatically as new regulator data arrives.
Awesome
I was dealing with a man who I believed was a narcissist and agreed to attend therapy as a condition to staying together. Found out he never attended a session and insisted that he was. All I wanted was for Dr. Tartt to confirm whether my partner was a patient and he just… didn’t say anything. A clear “no” would’ve helped a lot to pin a narcissist who will do any and everything to disorient you and make you doubt reality. But he doesn’t care enough to give that. The man is narc himself.
Showed up for a session 20 minutes late to a session with no notice. Did not explicitly offer extra time and refused to give me a reduced rate or refund when I reached out. He also discussed confidential information unprompted from a session over email which is not a secure platform. I’m personally not religious and made that clear to Dr. Tartt during our first session. He was also open about his faith which I didn’t mind, but despite my preferences he would still ask me to pray with him at the beginning of every session which made me uncomfortable. I would not see this therapist if you are not religious yourself.
Please don’t believe the fake reviews I was a former client trying to return. I called and left several messages to see if he would accept me. Instead of being straight up and returning a call he never did. So I say to you Dr. Tartt do better it’s ok if you don’t want to accept a former client but don’t ignore calls and not address the situation.
Dr. Tartt gives helpful advice on dating and relationships. I like how he uses the Bible to support his teachings.
He and his wife have been a tremendous blessing through there conference and teaching.
