I was waiting to make a left turn in Seaport when I witnessed a bus driver driving very dangerously and illegally. Bus 323 was waiting in the left turn lane at about 5:30pm EST on July 22nd, 2026 to make a legal left turn from Seaport blvd onto Boston wharf road, but the driver got impatient and went into the middle lane to make an illegal left hand turn. After waiting a few light cycles, the bus driver proceeded to illegally run a red light and make an illegal left turn while cutting off oncoming drivers, almost causing multiple accidents, and almost hit multiple cars and pedestrians who were crossing the street so he could complete the illegal left turn. If this driver keeps driving like this they will cause accidents or they might seriously injure or kill somebody next time they run a red light and cut multiple lanes of traffic. They barely missed multiple people while speeding through the crosswalk. I drive for work as well and understand time is money, but safety is first. Zero respect for a company that hires incompetent people like this.

Nothing is as advertised. They have a strict no-refund, no-changes, and no-chargeback policy because they know they don't deliver on their promises. They know you won't be happy with their services and they don't care as long as they make a buck.
Employees are rude
Tell your drivers to get off their cellphones, shouldn't be blocking interactions of cars & public transportation. I promise that text could have waited the 8 minutes when she pulled over to continue texting at Union station.
