Received a flyer in my mailbox for a spring special window cleaning. Guys arrived, at first said they couldn’t clean the storm windows bc they are “broken” (they are loose but glass is all intact). Fine. Then 5 minutes later they told me their secretary canceled the entire job bc my windows are old and apparently a liability. I have 18 windows and because of 2 broken storm windows they canceled the entire job….why not just skip those windows? There are 16 solid windows that need cleaned and are perfectly fine… The guys packed up and left before I could even speak to anyone. Office won’t answer the phone, will only text. Definitely would never attempt to use this company again. Set aside time to stay home for no reason. Extremely poor communication. Didn’t offer to clean the good windows just canceled, super rude.

My home was built with windows manufactured by MGM Industries. FIFTEEN YEARS later two of the seals broke. I contacted MGM and corresponded with Patrick Stewart about the issue. He and Lisa from customer service were AWESOME to work with. They provided guidance on how to measure for replacement, corresponded immediately to questions, and replaced the glass under warranty. The windows are top quality and I highly recommend the product and the service. Thank you Patrick, Lisa and MGM.
Jason and his team took great care in assisting us with our window and screen replacements. We highly recommend and would definitely do business with them again. MGM Industries is TOP NOTCH!
Had a minor issue on two of our windows. After submitting the warranty claim form, I was contacted quickly and they have been working with me to find a resolution. Patrick was friendly, showed a willingness to help, and provided clear communication every step of the way. Thank you for the great customer service!
BUYER BEWARE !!!! WORST QUALITY WINDOWS TO PUT IN YOUR HOME !!! As you can already read about all of the horror stories people have posted , Here’s 1 more to justify why MGM INDUSTRIES ratings keep dropping… and why they closed their local location.. All our windows have EXTREME DRAFTS shooting through the side tracks making our house cold during the winter months and since there is so much outdoor air infiltration, BLACK MOLD is present along the window sash due to the air condensing and pooling up. NOTE OUR HUMIDITY IN THE HOME IS WELL WITHIN EPA STANDARD RANGE below 30% and not high enough to cause this . Never had an issue like this in any of my homes even when humidity was higher . We had a rep come out who had no Interest on helping or acknowledging the problem. All he did was defend their low grade windows by saying it passed the standard tests and never got back to us for any resolution. I had a smoke test done on the windows while my home was pressurized by a professional and I posted pictures of the smoke just spewing out of all the windows as if there is no seal. Windows are Expensive!! If you are going to dish out money for windows , please do yourself a favor and don’t have these windows installed , you’ll be in for a huge disappointment and they will not own up to it!! Our NEW home had these windows installed . I blame our contractor for putting such a poor quality window in our home .
