I wanted to take this opportunity to give this review to Villani Bus Co., they are the best. We have been using them for a long time and they work with us each and every year with the same professional and kind manner. I especially enjoy talking to Vania and Alicia H., they do not make you feel like your just another customer. This year we had an unfortunate cancellation and the care and concern they provided again is just not were strangers and a number. I would recommend Villani to and for anyone who needs to rent a bus or van for their trip. They are the best and so glad we have had the opportunity way back to find them and continue with their services each year. I thank all of you at Villani bus for your continued service and it's always a pleasure to reach out and speak to anyone there. We’ve been working with Villani Bus Company since 2019 for our annual college tour with dozens of students, and they have been excellent every year. The buses are clean, the drivers are professional, and they are always reliable. When you’re traveling with a large group of youth, safety and punctuality matter — and Villani always delivers. Highly recommend!

Villani Bus Company did an excellent job supporting our recent DECA field trip to Kean University. As co-advisor of the Westfield High School DECA chapter, I coordinated transportation for over 200 students using six buses, and everything ran very smoothly. The bus drivers were professional, punctual, and courteous, and the office staff was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process — from the initial estimate to payment and final paperwork. On the day of the trip, customer support answered my calls promptly and was very helpful when questions came up. I truly appreciate their professionalism and reliability and would highly recommend Villani Bus Company. We look forward to using them again for future DECA trips.
