Wade Tours does an excellent job. Very organized and professional for Yankees games. Helpful, competent driver with good personality, as well. In terms of local comparison, I prefer them over Yankee Trails. For Yankee Trails, I have experienced broken seats; and, if I recall correctly, other bus defects, at least in terms of comfort. Also, I recall a Yankee Trails trip that made no rest-stop along the 140-mile+ trip to NYC, even though the rest-stops were open at the time. Very inconvenient. I'll stick with Wade whenever I can. ,

Bus broke down 2 hours away from pickup zone, left us being picked up a bear 5 hours after the original designated time, a group was forced to stay an extra night due to this inconvience
The Clark sports center uses this carrier to shuttle kids to outward bound. My son was to be home over two hours ago and is still over two hours away. The bus is having repeated breakdowns. No new bus sent out. A bus full of kids are traveling down the road on a bus with warning lights on in the dash. Completely unacceptable.
Our trip to the Bronx Zoo today was phenomenal! John, our driver, clearly explained to us all the info we needed and drove very safely through the Bronx and back up to Schenectady. I’d happily travel with Wade Tours again!
We are currently traveling on 87 north with two Wade Tour buses weaving in and out of the lanes and driving excessively fast. This has been going on for over a half an hour. If these 2 buses are a reflection of the entire fleet, the company's "push" or philosophy, two particular drivers, or something else, something must change. These two vehicles are endangering the lives of those they're transporting and anyone who might be " in their path.
We used Wade Tours for our wedding transportation and had a great experience. Everything went seamlessly! My mom worked with Steve to coordinate everything and found him professional and responsive. Would definitely recommend to any couples looking for wedding day transportation!
The Wade Tour driver and Wade host did an amazing job taking a full bus of tourists to Mystic, CT. They were just great. I would recommend Wade Tours to anyone wanting to travel. Me and my adult son, whom has autism had a great experience. Additionally, it is a five generation family owned company run by women. Kind, courteous and professional staff made everything flow smoothly.
The drivers are dangerous. The drivers are racing against a 10 hour clock with you in the bus. Think about that next time you ride with this company. Schenectady to Buffalo an back is 10 hours in a car any delays and they are over. Have no clue why the bus driver raced to catch up with me in a construction zone and then decided to sit next to my 18 wheeler and not continue fully pass me then swerve at me. Off course as a responsible driver i slowed down but the driver also did the same. Very reckless
