We used McGinn to bring our guests to and from the Marriott Peabody to Willowdale Estate for our wedding! Everyone made it to the venue on time and our driver was very patient with us while the wedding party was gathering our things at the end of the night. We had a great experience and could not recommend them enough!

McGinn did a great job with our wedding shuttles from the Peabody Marriott to Willowdale Estate! They were very professional and communicative over the phone and email. The shuttles showed up right on time and were very clean. The drivers were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this company!

We booked their shuttles to transport our guests to and from our wedding at Willowdale Estate in Topsfield, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The team at McGinn Bus Company was incredibly reliable, detail-oriented, and on-time. We never had to worry about anything when it came to transportation, as they took care of all the logistics, ensuring our guests arrived safely and comfortably. The buses were spotless and very well-maintained, which was a nice touch and made the ride even more enjoyable for our guests. Our drivers were fantastic — they were not only friendly and professional, but he also had been to Willowdale Estate before and knew exactly where to go. It was really impressive to watch them expertly back the bus up to the venue, making sure everything was done with precision and care. His familiarity with the area gave us even more peace of mind, knowing our guests would be in good hands. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with the service McGinn Bus Company provided. Jim from McGinn Bus Company was so personable and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend him for an upcoming wedding! This company was recommended to us from our wedding venue, Willowdale Estate, and we are so happy to have worked with them! The buses were on time and drivers were very professional. The seats were very spacious and comfortable for all our guests.
We used McGinn as transportation for our guests to from the hotels to Willowdale Estate. From what our guests told us, they were professional, great drivers and took care of everyone will being transported. Definitely would recommend to use for your travel needs especially if you have over 100 people attending from out of town.
We hired McGinn for our NYE wedding. We ordered 2 55 passenger buses to transport people from the hotel to the reception and back. I spoke with Jim to coordinate this multiple times. However, only 1 bus showed up the whole night. I wasn’t aware of this until after the wedding when we had to cram 80 people into one bus. I heard from guests after that on the way over there people had to uber and carpool together because there wasn’t enough room. This is specifically why I got 2 buses, to avoid this! The bus driver was also very argumentative that there was only 1 bus ordered and also pulled my dad aside and was asking him how he was going to pay for the extra people on the bus! Although we did get refunded the money for the second bus that never showed up and was notified the error was on “the dispatch” department, I would never recommend this company to anyone. There’s always something that goes wrong on your wedding night, but unfortunately this was a big error and affected a lot of my guests.
