MECCA & SON TRUCKING CORP scores 812 — these providers rank higher on Verdica's composite trust score.
The Verdica score is a composite trust score from 300 to 850, computed from safety inspection records and BASIC scores maintained by the FMCSA. A score of 812 places MECCA & SON TRUCKING CORP in NJ in the excellent (800–850) band. The score reflects publicly available regulator data — it is not a rating from Verdica itself and does not incorporate paid reviews or advertising.
Verdica combines three weighted sub-scores drawn from the FMCSA. Each sub-score reflects a different dimension of trucking compliance — operating authority, crash indicator, driver fitness, and vehicle maintenance — and is normalized against industry peers before being aggregated to the 300–850 scale.
Verdica pulls public records from the FMCSA: safety inspection records and BASIC scores. Data is refreshed on rolling cycles, typically weekly to monthly depending on the source agency's own update schedule. See the "source data current" indicator on the entity page for the last successful refresh.
Common negative signals include out-of-service orders, unsatisfactory safety ratings, or BASIC alerts. Any of these appear in the underlying regulator records and pull the sub-score down; the composite reflects the weighted impact.

Good place to pick up a load. The space is a little tight, but it’s manageable. Security is good, the staff is friendly, check-in is quick, and they load you quickly.
Coming off 78 east - make a left on Jersey at the light, go down then make a right on 16th (tight turn) Go down to Marin make a right - another tight turn Take Marin down to 13th st make a left, park on the dirt road on the right. Guard shack is the booth on the left
Good company, very good
Great place of business, they get you in and out in a timely matter. Hospitality is excellent. NO complaints.
Arrived over 2 hours before my appointment and they got me checked in, in a dock, and started loading all within 30 minutes. Good place to pickup a load. The guy at the guard shack was helpful and friendly. To check in, you need to park on 13th Street and check in with the guard. The lot is a bit tight to get into the door but they have staff to help you back in.
Wonderful experience.
Easy in and out! Not much room. Guys won't keep you waiting. Lunch from 12 pm to 1 pm
